In May 2026, the UK Supreme Court will make history by sitting in Glasgow for the first time, convening at the City Chambers from 18–21 May 2026.
To celebrate this landmark visit, the Family Law Association is delighted to host a special evening with Lord Stephens, Justice of the UK Supreme Court. Lord Stephens will deliver an address on the concept of “matrimonialisation”, drawing on recent and significant authority from the Supreme Court. The event will take place at Glasgow City Chambers on Wednesday 20 May 2026, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
