The conference will be chaired by Lynda Brabender KC. The programme covers a wide range of family law topics including:

- Lisa Girdwood of Brodies who will discuss the Trust and Succession (Scotland) Act 2024
- Scott McAlpine, Westwater Stable, and Jamie Foulis, Balfour + Manson LLP will discuss Arbitration
- Ruth Innes KC will present the ever popular ‘Case Law Roundup’
- Advocates’ Question Time with Rachel Shewan, Amy Donachie and John Laing

- and our AGM and black tie dinner
The two-day event will provide around 7 hours of CPD and give you the opportunity to update your professional knowledge, network and socialise.
On a related note, we now wish to invite questions from our delegates for the Advocates Question Time session. If you have a tricky legal question, please send it to karenwyliefla@outlook.com as soon as possible but no later than 12 noon on Friday, 2 November. Our panel of advocates will be pleased to answer these questions during the panel discussion.
