New Member Information

If you are not a member of the Family Law Association and you would like to join, please in the first instance complete the New Member Application Form.

Your application for membership must be proposed and seconded by two existing members of the Family Law Association.

Once you have completed your form and had your form proposed and seconded, please send the form by email to the Secretary of the Family Law Association. The details for the current secretary can be found on the application form.

Once the secretary receives and processes your application form, you will be sent (by email) details that will allow you to register and create your profile on the Family Law Association website. You will also be prompted at that stage to pay your annual membership fee and details regarding the fee and payment of it will be provided.

Once you have paid your membership fee and your membership has been activated by the Family Law Association, your profile will be live on the website and your details will be available on the Family Lawyer search in the public area of the website. You will also be able to log in and access the Member Zone.

If you have any questions or queries about membership that have not been answered in this section, please contact the secretary by email.
