The Family Law Association is running a seminar on Friday, 27 June 2025 from 1.30pm until 5pm. The topics include: Running A Section 28 Proof and Cohabitees’ Occupancy Rights. The seminar is kindly hosted by Wright Johnston Mackenzie and will take place at their offices at St Vincent Plaza, 319 St Vincent Street Glasgow G2 5RZ. Speakers include Alex Critchley, advocate, and Amanda Masson, Head of Family Law and partner at WJM. Full timetable for the afternoon to follow.
