We are delighted to be joined by Janys Scott KC who will speak about adoption and Lady Tait’s decision in AB and CD. Clair Cranston of Lindsays will discuss Children with Additional Support Needs in s11 disputes; and Jo Drew and Gilly Hainsworth from Bright Light will discuss consider the use of Family Therapy in child law disputes.
