Sarah is a Senior Associate with over 10 years’ experience in matrimonial and family law.
Having experience dealing with a diverse range of clients, Sarah advises on a variety of family related matters including financial provision on divorce, care arrangements for children, cohabitation and complex pre and post nuptial agreements. She is committed to the constructive and creative resolution of these matters for clients.
She is keen to explore alternative ways to resolve family issues, by bringing parties round the table to chair discussions, by pragmatically negotiating with agents, and discussing the potential and benefit for mediation between parties if appropriate.
Sarah has appeared extensively in the Sheriff Courts for a range of hearings, including Child Welfare Hearings, and has experience with the Court of Session and Sheriff Appeal Court.
