I am the principal of Seaward Law. I trained at a specialist private client firm before moving spending more than a decade at Ennova Law, latterly as a partner. Family law has always been a focus of my practice. I advise on a range of family law matters including financial provision on separation and divorce; pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements; and child contact and residence disputes.
It is a privilege to guide clients through what is often one of the most challenging periods of their lives with empathy and honesty. I am an experienced negotiator and always take a pragmatic approach to my cases, with costs in mind. I act for a wide range of clients, from those going through amicable separations to high value international court disputes. I appear regularly in the Sheriff Courts and instruct counsel in the Court of Session.
