Jennifer Colledge

I am one of two Law Society accredited Specialist Family Law Solicitors in the Dumfries and Galloway area, I am a FLAGS Family Law Arbitrator, a Family Law Mediator as well as a trained Collaborative Solicitor. The majority of my cases relate to family law matters, including separation, divorce, co-habitants’ claims and actions relating to children. Clients are referred to me mainly by word of mouth. I have 30 years of Court experience and have appeared in Sheriff Courts all over Scotland.
I am regularly appointed by our local Sheriffs to prepare Child Welfare Reports to assist the Courts in making decisions in difficult and challenging cases about children.
