Legal practitioners' perspectives on the cohabitation provisions of the 2006 Act

We have been asked to remind our members about this important research. You should all have recieved the original e mail with a link to the questionnaire which we have been asked to complete. I understand from the research team that most of the replies so far have been from FLA members, so thanks to those who have submitted their questionnaire.
The team would like to have as many responses as possible, including ones from those of you who have had very few cases on these provisions as this gives an idea of how much work is actually happening in this area of law.
